CPR Training Session

Introduction

CPR Training Session Conducted by International Students and Interns at C.C. Sheth College of Commerce Navgujarat Campus,in Association with Karma Foundation

Ahmedabad, August 21, 2025 — A special CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) training session was organized today at C.C. Sheth College of Commerce in collaboration with Karma Foundation. The initiative aimed to empower students with essential life-saving skills and create greater awareness about the importance of timely intervention during medical emergencies.

The session was conducted by Instructor Dr. Yosuef Boules, Medical Student, Cairo University, Egypt, along with international interns — Palak Bakshi from University of Geneva (Unige), Kazuki from Kobe University, Japan, and Yukomu from Waseda University, Tokyo. Their expertise and demonstrations helped students gain hands-on experience and confidence in performing CPR effectively.

The event was coordinated by Dr. Kuljeet Kaur. Representing Karma Foundation were Mr. Prakash Purohit, CSR Head, and Ms. Vrushali Bhatt, Post Project Coordinator, who highlighted the Foundation’s continuous commitment to community health initiatives.

The Principal of C.C. Sheth College of Commerce Dr. D.S. Mistry appreciated the collaboration, stating, “Equipping our youth with such vital skills not only enhances their knowledge but also strengthens community safety.”

This joint effort reflects the dedication of both institutions towards promoting health awareness, social responsibility, and preparing young citizens to step forward in times of need.
